The exact starting dates for the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations in 2027 have not been officially confirmed in the published notices checked for this update. Students should wait for the final date sheet rather than relying on previous years’ examination dates.

Once the timetable is released, check the dates for theory examinations, practical assessments where applicable, and any subject-specific instructions issued by the board or school.

How Should Students Prepare While Waiting for the Date Sheet?

Students do not need to pause their preparation while waiting for the official timetable. They can revise the syllabus, practise sample papers, review marking schemes and identify topics that need more attention.

CBSE has made sample question papers and marking schemes available through its academic portal. These resources can help students understand the examination pattern and practise answering questions within the allotted time.

Class 12 students can also start exploring their higher education options alongside board preparation. Those considering online undergraduate courses such as BBA, BCA, BA or BCom can use EduCollege to compare available programmes, eligibility requirements and admission options. Before enrolling, verify the university’s recognition, programme approval, fees and current admission conditions.
