About IIM Indore
The Indian Institute of Management Indore is an autonomous public business school and Institute of National Importance, established in 1996 as the sixth IIM in India on a picturesque hilltop along Rau-Pithampur Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
It is the second IIM in the world to attain Triple Crown accreditation (AACSB + AMBA + EQUIS) and ranks #8 in India by NIRF 2025 in the Management category. It pioneered management education at the Indian undergraduate level when in 2011 it launched the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) — the country's first at any IIM.
IIM Indore is the only first-generation IIM outside the top-5 with Triple Crown accreditation — placing it on the same international level as IIM Bangalore and IIM Ahmedabad in terms of global recognition.
